Man shave that horrible facial hair, get a haircut, and trim those eyebrows to not be so close together. It's making your IPD look worse (making ur eyes look even closer together). After that get as lean as possible and gymmaxx and then you can consider surgery or fillers if you don't like the result but you haven't even put any effort in

What the fuck is that facial hair.
Grow a goatee and get lean.
If you’re still not happy in a few years a chin implant and no one will notice since you’ve been goatee frauding and they’ll just be like “omg you’ve been hiding such a nice jaw for so many years”, little did they know that subliminally they saw that you had great chin height, obviously it’s nothing like the halo of a real tall chin, but it’s the only non surgical option for smallchincels - at least until the implant.
Don’t worry about your jaw, just train masseters and with the goatee/chin implant it’ll give additional angularity and helps highlight hollow cheeks once you’re lean.

Looks like you have a short chin, so something that elongates it (vertical genioplasty or maxillary downgraft) might be options.

It’s an option, however I’d prefer the longevity of an implant. Might be a good idea to go with filler first to see what shape/size works best for you.

No. You need vertical height in your chin. For this to look natural, you need the mentolabial fold brought down in harmony with your chin. Only a genioplasty will do this. Either an implant or filler will make your chin bigger without lowering the mentolabial fold, giving you this weird, bulbous look, like Buzz Lightyear or something.
