What procedures would best ascend this eye area?

I have a similar eye area to the one posted below (mine is worse) but I'm curious as to what procedures would best ascend him. I have some in mind but I'd like to get others opinions to see if they coincide.

I was thinking ptosis repair + fat grafting for the upper eyelids, perhaps a cantho but I feel like it might not be worth it as it can get botched / come out uncanny. Agree with the infra implants but just above my budget atm.
