Key ingredients should be BP/BHA then(just search, start from lower ish doses)
my parents think I’m gay for asking for accutane.

So that’s not really a option.
but if it's severe better to see a derm. There are also things of more severe use but most of the time it dont needed and root of your problems is dietary problems, some bad habits(for example changing sheets routine being non existent or basically some gut problems that give you ts)

Accutane. Just Accutane.
There's virtually no risk as long as you do the standard dosage and time.
Don't waste time trying other methods like me because of the fear-mongering.
You can easily source on IndiaMart.

Option 1 is skincare
Option 2 is products and base it on evidence
Option 3 is Prescription

if you have a bunch of pus filled bumps, cystic acne or inflammatory just speak to a doctor nigga

Parents hate me with their whole heart so that’s not a option sadly

They dont realise if we arent talking about few pimples that isn't a "beauty" problem, it's literally skin quality being fucked and needed treatment?

It's not what you want to hear, but it's the answer you will always get for a reason. It's the FASTEEEEEEEEEST ROAD EASIEST MOST EFFECTIVE

It's worth hiding it from your parents, buying it discreetly. That's what I did at least.
But you do you.

There is no skincare product that is able to get rid of acne, because they only work at the skin’s superficial layer, so their effects will always be temporary. The only way to get rid of acne permanently is Isotretinoin.
