Just wondering currently 15 what isn’t cope for puberty maxing I don’t mind injecting stuff
 
Proper diet.

If your serous about ascending the bulk of your diet should be meat, eggs, fish, organs.

eating ton of food, maxing out social life, doing sports

- social circle maxx. Interact with a lot of people

- roid cycle near the end of teens 17-19

Obviously raw has less nutrient loss, however the nutrient loss from cooking is very over blown. Only thing that must be eaten raw IMO is liver and organs. Other than that he will be fine.

Raw milk has DOUBLE the calcium. That’s just one nutrient there’s 20 more that you’re losing out on. Not to mention the loss of E. coli and salmonella (my best friends)

Raw milk has DOUBLE the calcium. That’s just one nutrient there’s 20 more that you’re losing out on. Not to mention the loss of E. coli and salmonella (my best friends)
If you’re talking about dairy then sure, only eat raw milk or cheese, but many can’t even tolerate it which is why I don’t mention it. It’s only really needed in very early stages to get babies bigger quickly.

Other than that and organs, everything else cooked is fine.

OP you get organs from the butcher.

It’ll give me a gap in my teeth tho my dad said he wld get me a palate expander if it’s only 1k but he wont buy my braces for a second time
