this is results in 2022 from doing only pullups on gymnastic rings and walking 30k+ steps per day.
Yes i had no legs. Neither did bruce lee so its ok
I want to say this too, that pullups actually train the chest to some extent.
They also hit the core without you noticing

Good job, besides pull ups on gymnastic rings there are also many good exercise you can do with them.

Alright but you didn’t do any push movements to balance it?
 
The result of having good genetics for bodybuilding.

Every ounce of muscle I ever built, I had to work extremely hard for and actually lift heavy. I did do pull ups and push ups for a long time with no noticeable results.

This means if you were to actually lift weights you'd make even more progress.
