Depends. If you had the colouring of your second pic in your first with no acne maybe. If you look at the difference between your chin in your first and third pic you can tell that it looks better cause your slightly recessed but defo got potential for hmtn - htn

I'm only like hmtn so I can't rate anything higher than what I am now but some mfs on here will tell you to get buccal and cheekbone implants. Your jaw is pretty good, nose fine. I'm guessing your squinting in the first pic so (there is another surgery for that don't remember it's name) but it works so, nose is fine but I will say you are fine without the surgeries if you do what I said in the other posts you will prob be better looking than me, how old are you? For acne I would recommend tretinoin before accutane people on here will say other wise accutane has some bad side effects but is less liver toxic than accutane did wonders for me (my acne was far worse) you should have any scars as they aren't cystic you look pretty leen as it is but if you want to know more about the accutane shoot me a pm I've been lurking on here for a long time but just made my account. But overall don't overdo do it or you'll end up like James sapphire
