In summer my face was so much more leaner than now. Im only 500g heavier, so at the same weight. Im going crazy right now. Since i go to the gym 4 times a week i need to eat my 2700 calories a day to not lose more weight. But its almost impossible to eat 2700 cals without 300g of carbs. Should i still go below and keep fat+proteins higher??
