What separates a genuine incel from an excess male in your opinion?

I think it’s that an excess male can still get sex occasionally but fails with relationships, friendships, life goals etc.

Truecels are not fit even for traditional male activity, like fighting a war or providing in a stable marriage, whereas contemporary excess males would be fit/thrive in that

I think being an excess male is very common but being an incel isn’t
