What separates a high mtn a htn and a chadlite

So was curious to see what you guys think separates a high mtn from htn and a htn from a chadlite

Chad is out of the question cause you basically have little to no visible flaws at that point

And his dimo is like borderline CL and he has very good ratios

i think its a bit stupid that members that joined today who likely dont know anything and are eyeballing it are allowed to rate
obviously if youre a pro then eyeballing it is fine since youre probably only gonna be slightly off
