What separates a high mtn a htn and a chadlite

Was gonna say bones or coloring , but I've seen chadlites with less bones than people rated high mtn here

So was curious to see what you guys think separates a high mtn from htn and a htn from a chadlite

Chad is out of the question cause you basically have little to no visible flaws at that point
