what shoes to use with height insoles

my height insoles recently came in and i can only fit 2 in it which is about 1.5 inches, and im really wondering what shoes would fit it in because ive tried 5 shoes and my shoe is size 45 eu and 12 us and im having a hard time, so could anyone who has used height insoles can recommend how to get the most height and which shoes to use
