What should be my hair routine

I have curly hair, all I currently do is I have based sea slat spray and in the morning I put it in. My hair is so fried tho.

Help give me a hair routine, like I have a bonnet. Also recommend like leave in conditioners

Like should I get a leave in conditioner, put it into my hair after I shower and like maybe style my hair with curl cream in the morning but how would I style with curl cream in the morning.

leave in conditioner 5 times a week
oils twice a week ( preferably when ur home not going out )
and style ur hair as u like after the conditioner

any brand that uses natural products would be good and check the reviews online
for showering i personally recommend 3-4 times a week after applying the oil and after the shampoo ofc if ur scalp is oily once every other day is good
