No cheekbone lateral projection is a bad indicator that you are recessed.

i'm really not sure tbh because I don't know what exactly that entails within your specific surgery. lefort 3 is the only type that would actually interfere with the zygos. I'd just suggest lefort 1 + zygo implants/fillers

ok thanks. im pretty sure my surgeon said that he was going to help fill in my cheek area with bone grafting. no clue how that works exactly.

Your lips area is weird . If you work , save for surgery , i if would you , zygos implants very important + jaw implants

Som basics suggestions, for a little ascension or maintaining what have

1. Finastride + minoxidil to save your hairline
2. more facial hair, might give a bit less of a naked buttocks face
3. pale-sih skin tone. Need less paleness
4. lips to thin: a small amount of lip fillers
5. if you have underbit, to fix that (if can afford)

Also op Deffo is a zygo augmentation, you have very flat cheekbones kinda like me, Custom implants aren’t best option that extends to the arch also.
