What should I avoid saying to my therapist to avoid getting sent to the mental heatlh

A lot of you guys might’ve seen my schizo threads and my plan to rope.

I gave it one last chance and therapy is my last hope to get better before I end it all

So anyways, what should I avoid telling my therapist, so I don’t get sent to the mental hospital. Often I think about going ER on the two 6’3 niggers who bullied and assaulted me my middle school years, but I assume I can’t tell that to my therapist jfl.
Will they send me to mental hospital if I tell them I have thoughts of roping sometimes?
