haha ik but my metabolism is brutal hard asf to put on weight lol, n yea 5.5x5 nbp girth at mid shaft. all I do is pull down all my skin and measure from under since upward curve and I hear that’s the right way to measure if using non hard tape measure

what is PE tho, I think 9x7 is pushing it jfl but if it can boost to more above average and all it requires is dedication then why the hell not lol

Baseem has pretty good tutorial but he keeps the workout time too short in my opinion for max gain

9x7 is required if you ever want to have access to puss tho

lbs😓I have super fast metabolism so it’s very hard to put on weight, id probably have to be dedicated and consume around 3000-3500 cal daily just for steady ish gain
I think you should be in a heavy calorie surplus for about a year.

Nothing much to contribute other than the fact that "metabolism" is cope, if you're tracking your calories your metabolism does not matter. The only acceptable excuse for not gaining or losing weight is that you have a small appetite or you get too hungry, but saying that you can't gain weight is just the fact that you aren't currently tracking your calories and macros, or that you just aren't doing it right.

Anyway, please go to the gym or follow a calisthenics routine, I'll put one down below, or you can just find your own, just do something cuz unstructured push-ups and sit-ups aren't going to cut it here. If you're serious about gaining weight, get a food scale or be very good at estimating the amount of the amount you're eating, and use an app like Cronometer to track your intake and weight. Cronometer is also very good because it tracks every single vitamin and mineral you consume daily so you can easily figure out if you're suffering from a nutritional deficiency and can address it.

Consume 3–6 eggs daily (not raw please...), beef, fatty fish (like salmon or sardines), carbohydrate sources your digestive system handles well, vitamin C fruits (kiwis, oranges, etc), berries, dairy products, animal organs, low FODMAP vegetables, etc.

Get a haircut, reduce facial bloating, do skincare, thicken your eyebrows, optimize your health, the usual stuff..

baseem on YouTube? also could you summarize what it is and how it leads to bigger size? I’m interested just wanna see if it’s plausible for me. also, tbh I’ve had opportunities in the past but didn’t really feel like it was necessary, my inner light is pretty crazy + im jestermaxxed jfl, but I definitely wouldn’t mind something closer to 9x7 like 6.5x5.5 somthing like that would made sex life pretty easy for me but it’s not a super big challenge rn

this is honestly prob the simplest and most correct answer to my weight problem. I am already trying something like that, trying to eat steak a lot more, raw eggs, whey protein ect… what would you reccomend for being in a high calorie surplus, meaning cost efficient and other factors

appreciate the advice a lot of it definitely seems reputable. although you are mostly right, I am very serious about my metabolism though, I can eat a super big meal with steak potatoes ect 1500 cal + , be up to like 121, then the next day or two I’ll be down to 115-116. basically it’s very hard for me physically and mentally due to that, but if I had a easily accessible and strict diet that allowed me to steadily gain weight it could probably work. I’ll definitely check out the workout video you embedded, but why not digest the eggs raw? from what I’ve researched you get more micronutrients as cooking gets rid of some, the only risks I’ve seen are cholesterol, which is not really a concern since I cycle digesting eggs raw so levels can go down, and also something about avidin blocking absorption of avidin. but most people would say this dosent really matter and isn’t a risk unless you were already deficient to begin with

Expensive but cook with large amounts of butter. It’s expensive in the UK atleast

I used to struggle with weight gain until I stopped struggling because I just tracked my food properly, honestly no disrespect, this is purely so you can make progress, because I KNOW how hard it is: If you aren't gaining weight you just aren't tracking your calories. Not tracking your calories properly can be because you're overestimating how much food you're eating by not weighing it, or because you're underestimating how much activity you're doing and how many calories you need to gain weight at a sensible pace.

Anyway, why are raw eggs a bad idea? They're not INHERENTLY dangerous, but they can be, there's no reason why you should be risking getting a bacterial infection from them when you can just cook them. And yes, heat does destroy SOME vitamins, but those are mostly B vitamins which you're getting from a thousand other sources anyway so deficiency from any of this isn't a real concern, regardless it's not like you're not getting any of them, it's just a slight reduction. However, cooking the eggs does increase the bioavailability of the proteins since it makes the amino acids to easier to digest. Basically by eating raw eggs you're risking getting a foodborne illness and getting less protein absorption, for a tiny bump on a few micronutrients which people aren't typically deficient in any way.

Also don't worry about cholesterol markers, I mean do if you or your family has a history of heart issues, but that's a non-issue for most individuals given that they're healthy enough. Cholesterol can be a huge issue for people with bad nutrition and sedentary lifestyle, but I can guarantee that no healthy individual will struggle with elevated LDL cholesterol, regardless dietary cholesterol doesn't even increase it significantly, saturated fats or obesity are much more at fault for that than eggs ever will.

I should have access to lots of butter, any specific kind? I live in US, only thing is I recently cooked steak with butter and it tasted like fucking pork jfl idk if I cooked that shit wrong or something. what should I be cooking with butter though?

jfl yea 9x7 is literal horsecock ur sex life might actually be harder there in some cases

so I’d need what, to purchase those 4 different device? or just some devices and others like clamping I can do differently. about the collage vitamins ect ect should I just buy pills for all those or what is the easiest way to get that stuff in my body. and what is PRP and NO booster like their effects? but I have a locked room to myself at my home so I should be okay I think , but definitely all interesting stuff that I haven’t heard too much about

hmm I see, I’m glad you understand it is very hard, but I can also understand from your point of view that it was just an issue of overestimating my calorie intake or underestimate of my activity. I will start tracking my cals which seems to be the best solution for my problem.

about the eggs, im pretty sure the only disease would be salmonella? correct if wrong, but I think it’s also only on the shell, which I wash my eggs before digestion. either way, I think I will probably try to do both; meaning less raw but not stopping entirely, but I don’t wanna be too hard headed or close minded about it since you are probably right, over time I can see myself just cooking them.

That’s why I said watch baseem on YouTube.
I haven’t research what the best devices are yet just know these techniques prolly will work the best
I hope to go reach 7.5x5.75 in 3 years from 5x5
The mechanical stress is most important factor
Then supplements
PRP is the take blood and filter out red shi so only growth factor rich plasma remains and inject it into your dih, is cheaper in Thailand etc
NO is nitric oxide and NO boosters basically make ur dih bigger by boosting blood flow might also help with regeneration after dih workout
