what should i do about a narrow jaw

im 20 with a few thousand saved up. my narrow jaw is my biggest failo and having it wider would make my whole face appear more balanced. should i try testosterone first and hope it makes my jaw more masculine or just save up for surgery. are angle implants worth it?
