what should i do about my nose?

Hello, so my nasal bone is deviated, i think it is because of a fall when i was 5-8 years, i don't really remember, and i wanted to know what would you say to the doctor to give me a septorhinoplasty surgery because of the insurance.
I ask this because i already went to the doctor, and i said that i am often congested and i have some difficults of breathing, he affirmed that my bone is deviated but he said that i breath properly, but he said that i have rhinitis, so he gave me nasal budesonide, but he said that it wasn't a probable option to give me a septorhinoplasty surgery.
i have used the nasal budesonide foy 2 weeks and actually i see some improvements in my breath, but i want a straight and totally functional nose, btw its my only insecurity, in one side i have a nice nose, every time a girl asked about my instagram it was when she only saw that side, neves in the other.
when the nasal budesonide finish i will come back to the doctor, what should i say?

Btw im form spain and i am 16 years old, should i wait some years?

it's not that bad aesthetically, but the doctor should be able to do something if it's causing trouble medically

it does really bad to my facial armony in my "bad" side, a lot, that's why it's my insecurity, when i talk with girls for school or something i always turn my head a little to the left to show my good side, and when for some reason people sees my bad side i feel like shit
