What should I do during puberty?
I’m 14 right now (turning 15 this year). My parents are both really short: my dad is 5’3” and my mom is 5’1”. My brother is 18 (turning 19 this year) and he’s already 5’10”. I’m currently 5’7”. I’ve only just started growing, so I feel like I have a decent chance of ending up taller than my brother… but probably not by a huge amount.
Right now I’m doing orthodontic treatment because my teeth are really crooked. I got an RPE a while ago and I’m already seeing good changes — more symmetry in my face and everything is starting to look better.(and soon i'll have to get Damon braces)
The problem is my overall looks are still complete shit right now and I really need to hardmaxx. I used to do a bit of bonesmashing in the past and I actually noticed some changes, but I stopped because of the RPE and I don’t want to fuck anything up.
What hardmaxx methods should I focus on right now to improve my face and height? No gear — I’ll think about that in a few years.
Thanks for reading.
