What should i do for a better jaw

I've posted before, however didn't actually attach a picture of myself, rather what I wanted to achieve, what do u guys think I should do (surgically wise) for a better jaw. Trying to get it more masculine/projected/defined etc etc whatever u want to call it LMAO. Gonna have good money soon and will be able to afford it. I need surgeons & recommendations for what to get. thanks

Pay attention to your posture, tongue position, and chewing. If you don't see any improvement after doing all this, you either have a physical disability or you haven't been able to do it.

nah, ive tried all that, it's not my masseters and my postures fine (the photos don't do it justice I know) my nose was fine when i was younger and has been hooking because of being a mouth breathing loser trust me ive done all the gay copes and need surgeries

Hard mew on treadmil 4kmh incline level 14. Do this for 20 minutes 3-4 times weekly hold perfect posture the whole time. Trust me.
