What should I do for my eyes?

I have tired looking eyes, asymmetry, eye bags. but the right eye is kind of hooded. What can be done to improve them? I'm going to do a consult soon but I'm not sure what I need. I'm worried if I do fat grafting in the upper eyes I would look even more asiatic than I already do.

Probably need a lower bleph and infra fat grafting. Have a little added to the supra left eye so both eyes symmetrical.
