Don’t even have a plan i try getting eggs in the morning, alongside 1-2L of water & Vitamin D and C tablets. Then just casual dinner with my family and something simple in the afternoon like bread. go on vitamin A ( go to a doctor who prescribes it) but i wouldn't take the high dosage pill form because it could stunt your growth.
