Work out as hard as you can. Eat meat and vegetables 3,000 calories a day. Mew and chew mastic gum. Only nose-breath. Sleep without a pillow & with good posture. Consider human growth hormone cycles combined with fasting. Start a skin care routine with tretinoin. Play a sport you enjoy and get good at it.

Drink Soylent and not water, only breath through your mouth, be sure to masturbate 2-3 times a day because it increases testosterone. Also eat a carbohydrate heavy diets because they are electrolytes which will help you stay energized. Don't get too much sleep because for the rest of your life you will have to take that much sleep you did in puberty. So only sleep 4-5 hours a night so that later on in life you will be stronger and only need that much. Don't do any strength training until you are past 18 years old as this can shrink your spine during puberty. Honestly bro, just chill out in your room until you are older so that the sun doesn't damage your collagen and you look good when you get older. Look up ways to maximize your estrogen intake. During puberty as a male your testosterone levels spike. If they get too high, bad things can happen.
