I go gym 3 times a week the other 2 days are rest but I think that I can go for sum light workouts so what should I do on free days mostly to burn fat bc I only work upper and lower and full never do workouts spec for fitness like full sprint or cardio so lwk give me exercise to lower my body fat to get better body and if u have any better ideas drop em
