I havent really had any sort of bad foods Ive been consuming healthy fats n protein for over a month but nothing seems to be different. Does it take more time?

i would recommend paying a visit to the dermatologist for an oral medicine, or getting prescribed a topical gel .

morning routine is OKAY, make sure you have a moisturizer too.
