I am 16.5 years old and I was wondering what is should do next for my looksmaxxing journey
SUPPLEMENTS:
Boron
Vit d3+k2
Tongkat ali
L carnitine
Fishoils
Tmg powder
Creatine
Ashwaganda
Beta carotene
Spore probitoc
Magnesium glycinate
LIFESTYLE:
I do track so I sprint 5x a week
Gym 5x a week
I eat healthy yk eggs everyday 2 kiwis, pomegranate and chicken
Steak 1-2x a week
Methods:
I want to try thumb pulling as I am still young(16.5)
Zygopushing (maybe)
Lsjl(haven’t started don’t know how)
If anyone could tell me what other things I should incorporate that’d be amazing
