If you’re really considering getting rhino one you gotta talk to a nose surgeon first and come to something that’ll workout for you when it comes to any surgery really you gotta find a good doctor. You don’t have to get rhino. The rest of your face makes up for it but if you get it your psl will probably go up by 3 or 2 points. From your front profile your nose look ok. A good nose from the front profile imo isn’t worth sacrificing for a good nose side profile. But again it’s really about finding the right doctor

Yeah side profile is brutal only because of your nose. You have that Gandy nose. (Which isn’t bad) just get rhino for the side of your nose cause you have a bump. I can’t tell from the front though. Just get rhino to make it straighter.
