Besides studying, what should I put my effort in to make money before being able to land a good job?

You should not rely on the word of 12 year old looksmaxers for recommendations.
NGMI just off this thread alone.

A skill that you can leverage in the future or languages.

Being multilingual is great in life not just in CVs. Not everything is gonna get slurped up by AI tho
I've actually been thinking about learning some languages a lot. My mom might buy a vacation house in Italy so I might learn italian.

How does it not matter? It's WAY easier to get a job with a degree, especially a well paying one.

Find skill that is lucrative, enjoyable, and you have natural talent for. Can literally be anything, not always a degree or trade. Mr beast is an expert at going viral. Some skills just have less of a clear path paved for you to become a master. Even the stupidest seeming influencers and celebrities have some sort of skill that they leveraged to get to where they are. If you want this skill to be acting or comedy or day trading or something nu tech related so be it, but be aware this will take a significant amount of effort and there is no curriculum to learn those skills.

Spend a lot of time becoming good at that skill, be careful with "studying" because the only studying you should be doing should be to get better at said skill and/or obtain certification in that skill. All other studying is a waste of time and should be cheated to make more time to study for your said skill.

Build a personal portfolio and resume and force experience in that skill, ideally upwards of 10k hours of experience

Once you are experienced and accredited enough to make money off that skill, apply to thousands of jobs relating to that skill. Climb until you are making 6 figures after tax

Make sure to stow away atleast 2000 a month into a personal IRA and use 8% of your paycheck into 401k to get max match, how you invest your money doesn't really matter as long as you are investing in ETFs, REITs, or putting your money into an index fund. Don't try to be the next warren buffet. You have real money to lose now.

After 3-4 years of this, now you have real freedom to chase your more lofty aspirations. You should have around 100k saved up in the bank and now you have financial freedom. The part where alot of gen z men go wrong is they want to start here without putting in any real work, and they think if they get a regular job they will never be able to get to this position, the reality is that it's very easy to get into this kind of position with some very basic delayed gratification and investing, 99% of people are just really bad at those skills even those with very high incomes. I know multiple people who had high 6 figure jobs for years and when they got laid off 3 years later they had barely any savings. How does this happen, you're an absolute retard and awful with money if you let that happen frankly

Now that you have this freedom, you can start entertaining legitimate business opportunities. Private investing, side business, real estate, crypto plays, etc, scalable things that you can use your bread and butter (your skill) to generate wealth and take advantage of lucrative financial opportunities, which most people don't have the capital to take advantage of when they are available.

After a few years of this, you should have enough invested to safely live off of dividends and profit if you ever decide to quit your day job to pursue something else or your own endeavor, and if you stay at your day job you will be on track to retire at 40.

It's not mine, I'll eventually need my own money.

Depends how loaded your parents are though
You could just invest what you inherit and live off that

If you wanna make your own money, just choose a career you like and do that, if you don’t wanna work a job, then try to find a skill or something that interests you and monetize it

I was asking what I should put effort in to become succesful. Earning that little money is not enough
What’s your motives behind wanting to be successful? And how do you define successful?
