Not that bad, the upper maxilla isnt recessed only the lower and premaxilla is a bit recessed, a lot easier to fix atleast if you were to look into hardmaxxing for it

If you wanted to fix the ipd as well id rcommend going to giant and its probs sub 35-40k for both surgeries in one go
