Do u have any advice for me? Specifically in financial freedom? I am ambitious and can work many hours, but want to make sure I have freedom of stress/time in the future. I just don’t know what to work on/concentrate in.

Crypto sounds interesting, but I don’t know if it is worth getting into as I hear it is very risky and 99% of people lose

What would u do in my scenario? What would you recommend I get into with this goal In mind

For context. I don’t really enjoy or have an interest in most careers. I have always had an interest in investing only because of money and I’ve always been ambitious. I enjoy succeeding over other people and just want to make sure I have a lot of money. Career wise I’d probably want to do YouTube, art stuff, etc., but ofc that doesn’t pay the bills so I’d just want to do that on my free time. I definitely have a task list kind of personality and get my school work done the day it’s assigned. I can be very efficient and machine like when it comes to mundane tasks.

I also am extremely stress avoidant. Doing stuff that requires adrenaline, talking to a lot of people, etc., is something I am trying to avoid. I also dont think I’m intelligent enough for stuff like coding, technical analysis, etc.
I would like to do work online that is fairly simple and repetitive, but I can also put a lot of hours in and master it so I can eventually make more money with it. Perfect example is a video game like csgo. When I was a kid I put thousands of hours into the game and mastered it completely. Easily spent 12 hours on it a day and I didn’t mind. The game is fairly simple but hard to master. I would like something like that but with money. I also don’t get bored of tasks so long as the work doesn’t require deep levels of critical thinking
Ideas I’ve had in my head are bookkeeping, ecommerce, crypto, but I still am confused. What should I do?

so in summary:
no socialising, no technical stuff but can work hard and long hours
brutal.

I think the most solid route is to BECOME good at academic stuff so you can access the overpaid jobs in:
medicine, machine engineering, coding, Law.

This is normally the best route for people with weak social skill and can't befriend CEOs or work in sales.

There is one career that satisfies your criteria though
that is Truck driver.
Very high salary. [85,000 USD/y average according to Indeed, 60k GBP in the UK]
Long hours.
Repetitive and grindy.
But its not that different from rotting at home tbh.

just be careful not to run someone over.

I shouldve mentioned that the most important thing is the work being able to be done from my computer remotely. I think bookkeeping is good, but would love to hear other ideas.

I mean bookkeeping would be recording transactions for example, which is doing something. Daytrading would analyzing charts, but the data shows that most are unlikely to succeed with it. Trying to hear other ideas

Agree with truck driving. You are not gonna find shit doing remote that pays well off the bat. Best bet is being a remote code monkey that goes in one day a week. Or some type of remote analyst/data entry.

with such specific requirements just spend months researching day trading, the reason most fail with it is due to impatience or lack of knowledge or lack of risk management

If all you're money is going into an indian pump and dump that just shows 2 things: 1. You're bad at identifying scams 2. You're bad at managing risk. Both of these are personal flaws which can be changed, if it really worked like that wouldn't all rich day traders be broke or at least have a point where they lose close to half their money on a scam? People who say it's gambling simply dk the simplest things like risk management and make negative assumptions lol it's not some get rich quick scheme but if you know what you're doing it's hard to go broke from it. If it was really just "advanced gambling" why on earth would greedy banks hire people to do it for them? It's almost like it can be learned...
