Grow it out, get layers from a curly hair salon once it's longer.
find products that work for you (you probs already know what products to use but I can write a guide on that if needed)
Use a silk pillow case or bonnet to preserve curls and prevent breakage and dryness.
Wash curls once or twice a week at the max since curls can't be washed often.
Don't use a towel to dry your hair just lightly scrunch it with your hands or diffuse.
That's all I got for know, you probably already know to only brush your curls when they're wet in the shower and use conditioner to make detangling easier.

Your hair is kinda to long on the front and not long enough on the sides, idk when to grow it out to tho you kinda just know.
