What should i do with my philtrum mouth & nose?

My upper to lower lip ratio is very bad
My mouth to nose width ratio also very bad
My philtrum to chin ratio could be better
Should i get a lip lift to improve it and also reduce philtrum?
Also would rhino be wort it my nose is upturned and a bit bulbous

And aren't you in braces and getting BiMax + Genio?
That could shorten your philtrom or make it look shorter and it would make your nose less jewy

Your mouth width will increase via MSE, but your nose width will a bit as well. Rhino is definitely in your future.

And you can try to get a lip lift that won’t worsen your upper to lower lip ratio, andget maxillary Impaction during your double jaw surgery, so that you don’t end up with a gummy smile after your lip lift (this might not be necessary if you currently show barely any upper teeth when smiling or talking).
