Im 15 yrs old. 6.2 and 140pounds lean debloat face but not happy with it. Im wanna know if i should get leaner, orrrrrr get a more attractive face by lean bulking and trying to gain bonemass. And how. Rn im eating clean eggs cod roe tuna u name it clean food. What should i do.
 
Eat more animal fat. Drink raw milk, kefir. Eat eggs, meat, salmon, chicken, raw honey and stuff like this. Start going to the gym, you need to exercise while also eating clean.

I do all that other than milk cause acne. But calcium supplements

I do all that other than milk cause acne. But calcium supplements
acne is temporary, bonemass makes you handsome, once you have it some small bit of acne wont matter, do not nerf yourself calcium supps just dont work the same

Keep doing what youre doing and dont complain when youre lean 6’2 at 15
 
How do i clear my acne tho. Its my biggest insecurity. Its not my diet and my skincare is simple and good
