what else should i eat ? i have been eating :

eggs (pasture raised)
beef and chicken (beef is grass-fed and the chicken im not sure)
pasta with beef and tomato sauce

fruits and vegetables:
avocado bananas
oranges kiwi
cucumber
tomatoes

i put cheese in my eggs forgot to mention and instead of oil when cooking them i use butter and on the side of my beef or chicken i put some cheese almost always , my bad forgot to mention that
