I’m testing free t and total t is that enuf
 
Should? 0 Some people don't have access to bloodwork because of the laws in their state. If you're just going to run a simple test cycle you'll most likely be fine. Tldr you are not going to fie if you don't get blood work but it's probably a more responsible choice

comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)
lipid panel
thyroid panel
testosterone, free and total
SHBG
estradiol
LH and FSH

optional:

C-reactive protein
DHEA sulfate

If you have middle of the range FSH and LH levels, is that fine or do they need to be on the high end ?

middle range for everything is fine, you just need to know what your natural levels are in case you ever go off to see if you recover to your baseline.


if your cholesterol ratios are bad you also need to be wary of that because it makes it worse.

Iron levels and blood count were towards the lower end of average. I guess that’s an issue.
