I want to get fat grafting for my nasolabial folds: my maxilla and overall bone structure looks fine but there are still here for some reason

What should I be aware of?
What should I do prior?
How to choose the (surgeon?)

Idk how much social anxiety u have, the surgeon told me I could fly home the day after but I`ll look botched, so if you care about those things plan a week or 2 for the hotel.
I`d also cut down as much as possible prior.
