I take any tips
 
Focus on progress overload this could be adding reps, adding weight or improving form
 
Go to the gym on a regular for a few months and then we can think about details. The number of gym newcomers that come on their first day with all their "knowledge".. just to not come back ever.. Many such cases.
 
Using proper form is more important than how much weight you’re doing.
 
Don't over think it too much, just stay committed to it. A lot of people new to the gym are too focused on what's optimal or scientific. As long as you stick with it and focus on progressive overload you will see great improvements good luck brah
