I just want to take supplements or things like that that will help me and make me rise, something that won't make me uglier or more fucked up.

Preferably they help with bone mass gain and height.

I'm very uninformed about this, I know about ashwaganda because they recommend it here, but I don't know why or what it does.

If you can recommend topics to help explain what each supplement does, with benefits and harms, I would be grateful. :feelswhy:

I'm 16, I still don't go to the gym (I start in January) and I must be 1.76 (5'8)
 
its cope, supplements dont work
If it's actually high quality, then they help with whatever they are aimed at.
Problem is most of them are very expensive and people don't research into what they actually need and the effects of certain supplements.
Some supplements also need to be paired with others, while some may deplete and decrease the amount of others (example: zinc decreases copper, so you have to take copper too)

softmaxxing is cope.
If you really want to maximise softmaxxing bone growth what I eat twice a day is quark (high in protein and calcium) with raisins (high in calcium and boron). Basically boron is the mineral that absorbs calcium so combine these two foods
