What should I use to increase my height

I haven’t grown taller this year I’m 15, not sure if my growth plates are still open but I don’t think I will get taller because I did an aggressive cut, and I haven’t grown since last year. I’ve talked to my mom about using something like IGF-LR3 but mainly because I don’t know anything else that could help with that what should I use.

Raw liver, raw milk, raw grass fed fat (sold frozen by farmers), plus overweightness (no underweightness or normal weight) (if you eat raw fat you won't look fat, so don't worry), and 0 exercise (except Masai jumps) (literally skip gym activities, lol).

For example. 1 day liver, 1 day milk, everyday fat. This is affordable, don't bullshit me.
