Bodybuilding is a game of consistency and genetics. Can you consistently progressively overload, eat right and sleep right? Simple in theory, hard in practice.

So the exercises in your program don't really matter. Just keep hitting the body parts that you want to grow

my program has ass bench volume candito 6 week just want extra hypertrophy
 
3 sets x 8-10 reps is good.
