What should be my diet I want to get high protein and grow taller while building muscle. I don't want to become a fat subhuman. Should I eat lots of red meat and drink more milk?

This is what your daily diet should consist of for sufficient nutrition:
1g protein per pound of body weight (Seafood usually has the most protein per weight of all foods)
1200mg elemental calcium
200mcg k2
2000 iu d3
400mg magnesium bisglycinate
4000mg potassium

Whether u eat food raw or not doesn’t matter much, but cooked food has greater bioavailability of protein

More milk, meat, eggs, organs too for micros, eat fruit, of you want complex carbs white Rice and potstoes are good
 
Base your diet around eggs, milk, and meat, but don’t eat only that. Eat a variety of foods, add some fruits and vegetables, and stick to ones like potatoes, rice, sauerkraut, and other good veggies

cinnamon toast crunch, replace milk with raw goat nut for primal diet

cooking kills nutrients & anti nutrients

so cook plants and eat animal products raw if possible

Cooking does get rid of most water soluble vitamins in meat (a problem easily solved with supplementation btw), but it also gets rid of "bad" bacteria such as toxoplasma and campylobacter. You can do it either way

if u buy low quality meat, u can expect everything happening to u :lul:

out of all things you reccomend rice? Rice provides no value unless you want to be skinny-fat
