Girls have fallen in love with me, and no one has ever said I'm unattractive. My situation is a bit different; I'm very tense. I'm constantly on guard. When someone comes up behind me, I think they're going to attack me. When I enter a crowded place, I think everyone is looking at me. I can't relax.

Go see a psychiatrist, bro. You're using ineffective supplements and self-medicating. Social anxiety is, first and foremost, a waste of time. The longer you go without treatment, the more time you'll lose.

When I go to the psychiatrist, he'll give me those addictive drugs. I don't want that.I'm looking for natural solutions

Facing your fear to overcome the fear is a known solution.
It's why i go to the gym, go to a cooking course, hiking course etc.
To meet other people. I also got social anxiety.
It's brutal when they're like 8 people or more.
But only like 3 or 4 it's okay.

jfl @ brootal he got any solutions or u just gonna sit there coping? if so tell me something actually useful cuz that was pretty basic ngl
 
Just fucking start to talk more.. obv it will take sometime that it seems normal but its the only way to fix it if you alrd have fixed sleep and diet.
