All I know so far is that the potassium to sodium intake should be 4-3:1 and that caffeine and sugar can cause water retention. Please provide other things too

Don’t listen to this retardevrn fruits and veges)
Found its totally the opposite. Ill be prone to bloating and water weight fluctuations showing in the face but when I get rly lean it literally makes no difference I just stop holding water there.Bloating is only visible when you're lean already. If you dont have a six pack while resting, you shouldnt care that much about bloat. Just lose weight
Anything thats a diuretic can cause it so thts why caffeine causes it. Also if u overdo it will increase cortisol and fk up ur sleep which will again make u look worse. Just eat relatively clean with diet high in potassium (vegeatables, nuts, fruits, low fat yoghurt) and low in salt ( so less super processed garbage). Other thn tht dont binge eat carbs and/or eat things tht irritate ur stomach (bloated stomach =bloated face for me) and u should have no problem with bloating. All I know so far is that the potassium to sodium intake should be 4-3:1 and that caffeine and sugar can cause water retention.
