for 50 percent osteotomies>implants and feature surgeries(rhinoplasties,lip lift,ptosis correction etc.)> injections

for 30 percent implants and feature surgeries>osteotomies>injections

remaining 10 injections>implants and feature surgeries>osteotomies

all groups should be around 10-12% bf and gymmaxxed, also softmaxxing regularly
