Consider joining your schools sports team you’ll get exercise from the practice everyday and it’s also fun and a way to make friends. Learn how to cook for yourself, you can eat your moms food but she probably won’t be making you everything you need.
Eggs and milk are a good source of protein and calories. Also if you gain a little weight doing all this it’s fine, you’ll lean out a lot during your growth spurts so having a little fat is a good thing

If I had the answer I'd be so happy to advise you, but I don't. I just use a word document with my goals and progressions, I have a document for each skill.
My best advice to start literally right now, like right now, where you are reading this, not in 5 minutes, not tomorrow, right now. Open a google docs or word document and write down the most relevant information you have. Then find a goal, not a broad goal like "reducing suffering", but a precise goal like "acquire mk677"
Then write down exactly how you're gonna do it.
- Find supplier
- Ask on .org or other bodybuilding forums
- Transfer funds
- Acquire crypto if necessary
