I think you have the same eye shape, but you have better undereyes. Eyebrow shape also looks similar but his might've changed with age.
Lips are very similar but yours are a pinker colour.
Chin is also similar yours is just longer.
Biggest difference is nose shape imo, tho you do seem to have the same nose length.
