What softmaxxes or hardmaxxes have the highest roi for me?

Obviously the biggest one i need is jaw surgery which im working on getting but its not easy. But what other things would you consider necessary for my case and dont just say everything tell me the most roi for me.

I agree just not debating if i should get infra implants/grafting or maybe lip lift or grafting

Nah you dont need anything done for infras. Lip fillers are up to you i dont like fillers but id just get tret to fix your skin and wait for lefort

Ive just started tret like a few weeks ago. I also hear and see many ppl get improvements in upper lipper from maxilla advancement because of more lip and lower midface support
