stick to fruit, charbs pre workout, and animal products like meat, raw butter, dairy, organs etc...

could also go primal

it would probably all dissapear if you did strict carnivore for a month or two, pretty shitty long term and overall but i really think 0 skin issues are possible on a carnivore diet
