What split for 3 days a week as a natty?

Been going to the gym for about almost 2 years now.
I am like 9% bf and got decent muscle mass but I can only go 3 times a week right now because of work.
What are some good splits to maximize muscle mass in those 3 days ? Ive been running FB but it's not working so good.

FB is the only split you should do if you're only going 3 times a week
