Gymnastics especially still rings but Majority of leanmaxxing happends in kitchen.

Swimming by far. The rest is shit.
Except the fluoride/chloride, if it's in the pool.

When I used to swim all the clorox in the water would actually clear my skin.

Just have a private swimming pool. Or live near the ocean. Brb seamaxxing
