So basically, in my uni i have to choose between alot of sports.

There's musculation, swimming, basketball, martial arts or mma shit like that and atheletism

What should I take as a looksmax ?
I'm wondering if I should take musculation so I could do my routine in univ and save time or do swimming for framemaxxing while doing my workout routine

What do you think ?

@ me when you decide to end it all and start livestreaming the shooting

Do MMA and bite a guy's face off to declare yourself the sole alpha of Uni

This is a non-answer but it should be the one you are best at.

What's your past experience? What's your body type? What's your genetics like? Have your parents excelled at any sports? Most importantly what would you enjoy doing the most? The one you enjoy the most will make you excel the most.

Basically, sport is an obligation in my uni, so I can choose a sport I want as a beginner : there will be others noob like me

But i already did basket (i'm a shit), musculation (I started 1 year ago), swimming (I was a shit)

Don't do MMA unless you want to give yourself CTE and a premature death.

At what kind of shit uni is sport an obligation, isn't university meant to be all about independence and carving your own path. Shit sounds like secondary school

CTE enjoyer

In a 2017 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, researchers found CTE in 177 of 202 former football players of all levels. Of the 111 NFL players studied, 110 had the disease. That's 99%.10 Sept 2022

MMA is the best for status, mental, practical benefits. The "looksmin" is neglible when you're literally a fighter.

Swimming doesn't help build frame, especially at your age. Big framed people swim because they're good at it.

I don't really think so man, no fucking one girl will go wet by tolding her you're doing MMA.
It's fun because ofc you can fight, but the benefits are too low compares to the cons

Swimming. You need a decent wingspan to be good at it. If you‘re a short king I‘d do MMA instead
i'm a manlet tbh (like 5'10 or 5'11)
But i wanna give a try for like 4 months

In conclusion, do swimming because you will be able to flex your physique or lack thereof and it will pressure you to improve it so that you don't get mogged.

And swimming is actually useful unlike the others (try to MMA against a 9mm hollow point)

How is it 0 IQ... keep coping
CTE from professional boxing doesn't happen to a normie who trains MMA. If you won't go pro in boxing there is no reason to worry about this. You're just high inhibition from all the estrogenic fast food you're munching on.

People who get hit in the head for decades in professional boxing matches need to watch out for long term brain damage. Not the normie who trains combat sports recreationally. You obviously haven't trained anything in your life so you wouldn't know this.

Of course you have no idea about the mental benefits of being able to handle the most primal male activity which is physical combat. You're a fat cuck that sits on his ass all day and is too afraid to put himself out there and experience life, justifying his cowardice with imaginary problems :feelshehe:

Kick-boxing. If you do it with the uni club, you can probably get your black belt in 3 years.

Swimming is a good excuse to get up in the morning and exercise.

BJJ is good for making friends.

Everything else is either full of black people or pointless.

it actually can happen to "normies who trains combat sports recreationally". so ur telling me that if 2 friend spar each other in boxing, and one goes all out and starts throwing bombs to the others head left and right, you're telling me that doesn't increase the chance of CTE? ok buddy
