weird because I was swimming from 9-16 too and it seems my arms have subhuman muscles. but my ribcage and shoulders are quite broad now and my chest and legs are naturally muscular despite me being fat and inactiveobviously but my muscle mass didnt increase drastically. my ribcage and shoulders are massive too, but it's a family thing, so I doubt it was swimming that did that. I could have been bigger if I did others sports instead.
